    1. I check my investments only every 30 days (I set reminders!) but I’m house shopping; also last week was… more exciting than usual. As usual I made no trades but several finance prof friends said they made risk-off trades this week. Several more folks locked mortgage refis.

    Actually, things were slightly better than this suggests because @PersonalCapital still totally ignores dividends in calculating returns. @lukestein/1113908103945129984 And I’m tax efficient relative to the S&P 500.
